Catalog Terms and Conditions

    Knorr Systems supplies quality equipment for the commercial aquatics industry. We strive to bring you the best available water treatment, safety, recreation, competition, and maintenance equipment. Our catalog represents a sample of all we have to offer.     Payment Methods:
    Credit accounts may be established with Net 30 terms after approval of a properly completed credit application. A 1 ½% per month service charge will be applied to all past due invoices. Other methods of payment include advance cash, check, money order, credit card (Master Card and Visa only). C.O.D. is available for an additional fee.

    Taxes:
    Purchaser is liable for any Federal or State Excise or Sales Tax on all sales. Resellers are responsible for furnishing a resale certificate.

    Prices & Ordering:
    A supplemental price list should be included with your catalog. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. point of origin. Orders not meeting a minimum of $20.00 are subject to a $3.00 handling fee. Special shipping or handling of orders such as Next Day, or Second day delivery is available upon request. Please provide complete and correct delivery addresses, contact names, and phone numbers to help us expedite your orders.

    Returns:
    All returns must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number issued by Knorr Systems. Returned goods received without an approved RGA will be rejected. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to returnable items incorrectly ordered. Some items are not returnable. Special order items cannot be returned. Contact our customer service department if you require assistance with a return.

    Warranty:
    All products are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you with warranty claims for products we have supplied. No warranties, expressed or implied, are made by Knorr Systems, Inc. or by any of our agents.

    Freight Claims:
    Goods must be inspected upon delivery [prior to signature receipt). Damaged shipments should either be refused for delivery or notations regarding the damage should be made on the bill of lading before accepting delivery. All claims for loss or damage must be made by the receiving party with the freight carrier. In cases of hidden damage discovered inside packaging, notify the freight carrier within 48 hours and request an inspection so a claim may be processed. Contact our customer service department if you require any assistance with a freight issue.
