What KSI Will Do For You:
- Disassembly of front cabinet and clean gas manifolds.
- Remove all burners and clean with detergent.
- Inspect and clean internal surfaces of upper cabinet.
- Remove and disassemble fan assemblies for cleaning/and replace squirrel cage if necessary.
- Lubricate combustion fans and bypass manifold pump bearing assembly.
- Test and adjust fan/air cabinet differential pressures.
- Test and adjust gas manifold pressures, water inlet, temperature and delta temperature.
- Perform pool water chemistry analysis with CSI and Ryzner index to assure proper water balance and life span of heater metallic components.
- Recommend chemical dosages to achieve proper water balance as required.
